February 23, 2008 | As the current campaign for the Democatic nominee for the US presidency unfolds while Kosovo has recently declared it's independence, an historical perspective evolves as Hillary Clinton's touted foreign policy "experience" comes under some scrutiny. Leaving such scrutiny of Clinton as secondary, what of the US support for Kosovo as an independent state?
